Sifton makes two kinds of hamburgers.
June 11, 2014 - New York, NY : New York Times writer and editor Sam Sifton describes the difference between "pub" and "diner"-style hamburgers. The "pub" burger, which is pictured here at left, is larger, shaped like a fat hockey puck, and takes longer to cook.
